Bali Airport Assistance is a private, paid VIP meet-and-greet and concierge service at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, designed to make arrivals and departures smoother, faster and more comfortable for travellers who value their time and peace of mind. We are not an immigration authority and we do not provide visas or legal sponsorship. All visa rules, fees and entry decisions are set and enforced solely by the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia.
Our Story: From One-on-One Help to a Dedicated Airport Concierge Team
Bali Airport Assistance was created over a decade ago, when our editorial and operations lead, Yara Costa, started personally meeting guests at Ngurah Rai Airport after seeing how overwhelming arrivals could be for first-time visitors, families with young children and older travellers.

Our team will always make clear which fees are for our concierge service and which are official government fees (such as visa or tourism levy payments) that you pay directly to the relevant authority.

Our Facilitator Role: Partners, KYC and Responsible Handling
Bali Airport Assistance operates as a facilitator and coordinator. That means we:
- Work with licensed local partners and sponsors where specialised immigration or visa services are required before or after your airport experience, and we only refer guests to registered providers that follow Indonesian law and current regulations.
- Apply a practical level of Know Your Customer (KYC) for bookings. For airport assistance, this means we request your full name as per passport, passport number, nationality, flight number, arrival date and contact details so we can pre-arrange your meet-and-greet and access to restricted areas where permitted.
- Never ask you to hand over your passport for unaccompanied processing inside the terminal. Your passport stays with you and is always presented personally to immigration officers.
- Keep your data secure and use it only to deliver the services you have booked or requested, in line with our internal data-handling standards.
Our role is to prepare, guide and coordinate — not to replace official checks. We help you understand the steps; the authorities make all legal decisions.
